O:  Concession speech at the New Yorker Hotel (NYC) on November 9, 2016

A:  toward her subject--  sad; hopeful the country will come together

      toward her audience-- thankful

P:  to thank her supporters AND to convince the country to come together

S:  repetition (thankful); pathos/ emotional appeal (bring people together)

Prompt:
How successful was Hillary Clinton in delivering her message?  Choose ONE message and use clear and appropriate evidence to support your claim.
